  • My core philosophy is “Focus on the journey not the destination.” It is best to focus on what is realistically controllable, tolerable and that which can feel good. I provide a nurturing safe environment where a person cam start to experience confidence and hope. My therapeutic approach is always “person centered” and my core tenants are to practice “Positive Psychology” This approach helps to demystify confusing and often non-descriptive “medical” diagnosis terms. My goal is to provide evidence based therapeutic interventions using CBT, DBT, MI, bio feedback, and ACT. Treatment plans are structured to fit a person’s individualized health needs.
