  • Dr. Eichelberger earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology specializing in health psychology from Alliant International University, San Diego. She completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego where she served four years as an active duty psychologist and lieutenant. Dr. Eichelberger is licensed in California, Hawaii, and Virginia.

  • Dr. Eichelberger has more than ten years of professional experience working in a variety of settings including community clinics, department of defense, department of veterans affairs, universities, and corporations, in various leadership roles.

    Dr. Eichelberger’s approach to therapy includes teaching individuals specific tools to foster and create change based on their values within a safe and collaborative space. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, military and veteran specific experiences, intergenerational trauma, and culturally related issues. She is a LGBTQIA+ ally. Relevant biopsychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and systemic elements are all included in conceptualization and treatment. She has extensive training in ACT, CBT, mindfulness and self-compassion modalities.

  • Dr. Eichelberger is a California native born in San Francisco and raised in San Diego. She loves all things scifi, cozy mystery, animals, music, comedy, the arts, and personal development. Spending time with her loved ones, basking in nature, and quad skating brings her joy.
