Jada Cade, Psy.D.

  • Dr. Cade earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from George Washington University. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish from the College of William and Mary. She completed internships and postdoctoral fellowships at medical centers in New York City as well as University of California, San Diego in the areas of inpatient/outpatient psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, and behavioral medicine. She is licensed to practice psychology in California.

  • Dr. Cade treats a wide range of emotional, mental, and physical health problems in psychological practice. Her specialties include Trauma, Anxiety, couples work, Eating Disorders, and performance enhancement. Her primary work also includes Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing, Personality Disorders, PTSD, Depression, Adolescent/Family, Emergency and Crisis Management and Bipolar Disorder.

  • Dr. Cade is a tenured faculty member at San Diego State University. She continues to teach psychology courses there as well as works with the students on campus. She also provides consultation to sports programs and athletic teams in the San Diego area.

  • Dr. Cade is originally from the east coast. She played Division I sports in college and now enjoys being outdoors. She likes to read, travel, and play the piano in her free time.
