  • Alice earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University (SDSU). She completed a variety of clinical internships in the San Diego area, gaining experience working with children, families, and couples. Alice is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

  • Alice brings years of experience working in both community mental health and private practice settings. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment-related challenges. Alice integrates family counseling with evidence-based psychotherapy, research, and philosophical perspectives to support clients in meaningful, lasting change. Her approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and incorporates creative interventions such as play and art activities. She also integrates somatic and mindfulness-based techniques, including elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients build emotional regulation and self-awareness.

  • Alice is an active member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), which helps her stay up to date with the latest clinical practices and ethical standards in the field. She is also a proud member of Inclusive Therapists, committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care for clients of all identities and backgrounds.

  • Alice grew up in Texas, and has spent 6 years in Los Angeles and San Diego for her schooling. In her free time she enjoys playing video games, painting, and playing her musical instruments.
